The Ray Rice suspension has turned into a national story after NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell handed down a two game suspension. Rice and the Ravens have been heavily criticized in the days following the suspension. Rice is scheduled to face the media for the first time on Thursday. When asked why Commissioner Goodell has been silent since handing down the ruling,Carl Nicks, Tampa Bay Buccane, Bogusch replied “I don’t know but with the reaction that came forth, the league needed to do a little damage control. The league has really dropped the ball on this one.”
