The images were created by The Jerde Partnership, the project's master planner, and accompanied a recent public hearing. The drawings don't yet reflect the actual look of the development. Those images will be released later.
The Braves, , have started to ramp up leasing efforts on the $400 million mixed-use project.

But team officials say the process of gaining entitlements for the project is all but finished, marking a huge step.

“Without the Braves working to get so much of the permitting done, we’d be at least 2 1/2 years behind from where we currently stand on this project today,” said , who founded Fuqua Development LLC,

Fuqua is already working with the Braves on a merchandising plan, drawing interest from several restaurants including “many that are large scale,” he said.
“We have a lot of discussions going on right now with tenants,” he added.
How the project takes shape will become clearer as the Braves work with the development team on the merchandising plan.
The Braves are also working on a transportation plan that’s critical for pedestrian connectivity to the ballpark and mixed-use development, and for fans traveling to the game along Interstate 75 or I-285 to the Galleria area.
