One witness told that the worst part of the incident was how the man 'was laughing' as he was subdued.

The video shot by Troyer shows police following and then attempting to handcuff a man.
The man pulls his arms away and walks away from the officer.

Troyer later posted a photo of himself holding the man's hat, which fell off during the confrontation.  
The man’s motives for trying to force his way through the security checkpoint are not known.
