BODEGA BAY -- Authorities say a scuba diver who died in the water off the Sonoma County coast was a California Highway Patrol lieutenant and ex-Marine. The CHP said in a statement Monday that the diver was 54-year-old Jeffrey Alan Rhea,http://www.nidelv-hestesenter.no/elaine.php?Klubbdrakter-2014-15-263/Celtic-273, a 27-year veteran officer who enlisted in the Marines in 1980 and served in the reserves until 2011. He's survived by two adult daughters.
