A two-bedroom former council flat has gone on the market for £1million in London - and it's above Stella McCartney's boutique.
The third-floor apartment, which was once owned by the borough of Kensington and Chelsea, was sold off to a developer for £720,000 two years ago and revamped.
It's hefty price tag of £1million has come as a surprise to some of the residents, many of whom are still local authority tenants, as the capital faces an affordable housing crisis.

Annette Greenwood, 60, the only council tenant left on the same floor, said: 'The houses in this area were built for a purpose, they were for the poorest people, the most vulnerable and the people who we all rely on but can't afford to buy property in central London like police officers and ambulance drivers.
