At last! After an emotionally draining and drawn-out custody battle with ex-husband Daniel, Kelly has been granted temporary sole custody of her two children, Hermes and Helena.
Finally! After three years of fighting with ex-husband Daniel Giersch, 41, kids are coming home to mom. The 46-year-old Gossip Girl star has been temporarily awarded sole legal and physical custody of her two children, Hermes, 8, and Helena, 6, by a California judge.

Kelly s children must return to Los Angeles from Monaco, according to a filed on May 22. Hermes and Helena have been living with their father in Europe since 2012.
The breakthrough comes just days after Daniel reportedly did not allow Kelly to see the kids upon her arrival in France for a trip unless she handed over their U.S. passports to someone his legal team deemed a neutral person, reports.
Kelly s lawyer, Wendy Murphy, released this statement to the outlet:
We are ecstatic, and hopeful that Monaco will respect the California court s ruling and send the children home. It has long been our position that Monaco has no jurisdiction because Hermes and Helena, as American citizens, have an absolute right to live in their own country.
