Bill Simmons is done at ESPN. Even though his contract with the Worldwide Leader doesn t run out until September, , including his own Grantland site. We may never see his like again (on ESPN).
Now that Simmons run is over, let s look back at how it all began, set to a Kanye West instrumental. Thematically, it s quite good. And Simmons story, of going from a bartender to the Sports Guy to an ESPN icon, is a great listen for anyone interested in writing, media, or excelling in any field.
