It seems that Lukensia got her first pedicure, as she wore a pair of flip flops like her mothers and carried some purple nail polish.
Jillian carried their son in her arms while Heidi held hands with the little girl, who they adopted from Haiti at the age of two.

After leaving The Biggest Loser, Jillian will be hosting and acting as co-judge on upcoming SPIKE TV show Sweat, INC., which kicks off this autumn.
