Could love be in the air this fall for Liz and Ressler on The Blacklist ? Some fans were wondering if that might be where the relationship between these two was headed based on the last few episodes of season 1, but it seems that may not be the case. At least, not quite yet. TV Guide shared some The Blacklist spoilers about Ressler s future that fans won t want to miss.
from executive producer John Eisendrath indicate that Ressler is going to be going to some emotionally vulnerable places when things kick into gear with season 2. Liz Keen will reach out to him and provide some support, and it will happen in a way that will deepen their relationship. However, anxious fans shouldn t expect a kiss or roll in the hay, at least not yet.
Apparently the way Ressler is handling the challenges thrown at him will be a bit of a problem when it comes to heading down a romantic path. Viewers have already seen Ressler go through a lot, so just how much darker do things get? It sounds like it s going to be a rough road for him for a while.
Season 2 of The Blacklist begins on NBC on Monday, Sept. 22. Fans have been counting down the days until the show returns, and they cannot wait to see what Red, Liz, Ressler and the rest have in store for viewers. All anybody knows is that it s going to be one wild ride.
