Gahanna's Matthew Moyer, a 6-foot-8 junior forward who has wowed recruiters during the spring
and summer circuit, offered a verbal commitment to Syracuse and coach Jim Boeheim last week.
Moyer had 25 scholarship offers, including Florida, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech,
True Religion Logan, Kansas State and
numerous Big Ten schools before making his announcement via Twitter following the Syracuse Elite
Camp,
True Religion Jeans For Men.
Although he contributed modest statistics during his freshman season at Whetstone and his
sophomore campaign at Gahanna,
True Religion Mens Jeans, Moyer has considerable upside because of his growth potential and
versatility. He works out each day with Utah Jazz standout Trey Burke and is best friends with
Northland junior Seth Towns, who also is considered one of the top recruits in the nation.
Recruiting analysts believe that Moyer is an ideal fit for Syracuse because his 7-foot-2
wingspan will be well served in Boeheim's 2-3 zone defense.
