PORTLAND, Ore. The Portland Water Bureau water test results have come back clean. There is no contamination in the water at this time or cause for concern.
A water sample came back positive for coliform on Thursday, but the Portland Water Bureau said there is no health concern right now.
The water bureau said there s no boil water alert. More testing was done Friday, and the tests for E. coli did not come back positive on Saturday.
The water bureau said it will not be doing any further testing at this time.
This happens a handful of times each year, Jaymee Cuti, with the bureau said about the positive test for total coliform. TC are not harmful to the public but are a sign that there may be an issue.
The sample was taken from a station at S.E. 111th and Foster.
