Stephanie Nichole Foster,http://www.annphysiocare.com/wp-theme.php?river-c-2_123.html, 32, was arrested Tuesday by Delaware State Police and members of the U.S. Marshals Task Force in Philadelphia, Newark Cpl. James Spadola said Wednesday.
Foster – identified after city police posted her photo on Facebook – has been wanted on two counts of first-degree robbery and one count each of theft and attempted theft in three incidents on Oct. 28, 2014.
Foster stole the wallet of a customer at the Alex and Ani shop in the first block of E. Main St., he said. Main St., later using stolen cards at several businesses, Spadola said.
