Australian Trevor Bayliss has reportedly accepted the offer of the England and Wales Cricket Board to coach the England team.Various UK media outlets reported that Bayliss would replace Peter Moores after the first Test against New Zealand, at Lord's, concludes.Former Australian Test quick Jason Gillespie, who is coaching county side Yorkshire, was believed to be the favourite for the job.ECB director of cricket Andrew Strauss last week confirmed Gillespie was one of the candidates for the job and Gillespie said he had spoken with Strauss about the position.
