Yes, men love massage parlors. Of rather, men love the human sex slaves who are often kidnapped immigrants forced to work under horrible conditions. What is sexy about that? The truth is sex trafficking is rampant in Florida. Florida is the third busiest state for human trafficking, behind Texas and California. And massage parlors are hiding the activity out in the open. It's good officials are cracking down on the illicit industry. New regulations establish a minimum distance of 2,500 feet between massage parlors and limit new establishments to just 3 percent of the city. The rules will help. But what will help more is if wives, girlfriends and male friends of men who say they are off to get a massage call them on their ploy: Tell them to find relaxation by taking a dip in the pool instead. And by pool, I mean an actual water-filled pool.
