Abu from the chamber of Alex Iziyon (SAN) informed the court of his readiness to move his motion for stay of execution of the judgment of the court pending the determination of the appeal.

He informed the court that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had complained that the applicant who was earlier in its custody be moved to prison custody as it has no space to accommodate him.
