The William Tuffs D.A.R. Chapter of Elkhart will be laying a wreath at the monument to those revolutionary war patriots buried in Elkhart County. The ceremony will begin at 12:45 p.m. in downtown Elkhart in front of the Elkhart Municipal Building.
