Caesar Goodson (the van's driver) faces: second degree depraved heart murder; involuntary manslaughter; second degree assault; manslaughter by vehicle, gross negligence; manslaughter by vehicle, criminal negligence; misconduct in office and reckless endangerment.
William Porter, who rode in the van with Freddie Gray faces: involuntary manslaughter, second degree assault,http://teslaglobaltechnology.com/wp-searches.php?Ottelu/fc-barcelona-vs-tba-gamper-trophy-at-camp-nou-on-2011-08-22/, misconduct in office and reckless endangerment.

Edward Nero, one of two officers who helped Brian Rice in the chase and arrest of Freddie Gray was charged with: second degree assault, two counts of misconduct in office and reckless endangerment.
