Good to see a proactive council looking out for their residents regarding the safe traffic patterns for Just Beverage. I suggest that the board also review the Schermerhorn Apartment Complex off Baybridge Rd.
This development will start occupancy of 3 bedroom homes this fall. all together, a 400% increase in traffic will occur. The approval process for this venture was a sham approval by the pro business council. The Baybridge Dr will become unsafe to walk or be near for all the school children as well as the established senior community getting their mail, walking pets and was surprisingly approved by the fire marshal as safe for emergency vehicles. Nothing was planned. In the future, the first serious accident will be a surprise to our town council.
I suggest that the one way traffic plan be developed now, before the first accident. The council should review making Baybridge a one way entrance into the development and Walker Road a one way out. I hope they think about this now相关的主题文章：
