A wheelchair-using student shocked his parents this morning by walking across the stage at Seminole Ridge High School’s graduation ceremony.
Keith Grieser,http://www.minuteetseconde.com/wp-feed.php?422-magista, a 22-year-old Seminole Ridge student, hadn’t walked since of the age of 8.
But with the help of a school paraprofessional,http://www.minuteetseconde.com/wp-searches.phpnations/competitions/euro, he toiled for months to build up the strength to walk – without telling his parents.
His parents were in the audience at this morning’s graduation ceremony at the South Florida Fairgrounds.
Keith had already graduated in 2012,http://www.bikelane.com.au/wp-rss.php?international-teams/european/scotland.html, although the school district says he continued to receive academic and health services from the school.
