Last Thursday, an 86-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital with injuries consistent with being sexually assaulted.
The incident was reported to Mint Hill Police on Friday.
Authorities say the woman,bayern trikot torwart, who was a resident of the Lawyers Glen Assisted Living facility, died Monday in the hospital.
"Really hurts," said Norma Frazier. "Hurts really bad."
Frazier's husband is also a resident at Lawyer's Glen. Police believe the 86-year-old woman went to the hospital "with trauma consistent with being sexually assaulted," before she died three days later.
They're trying to piece together how the assault would have taken place and figure out who could have done it.
According to , 83.3% of elder sexual abuse victims live in nursing homes or adult care facilities. In 81% of elder sexual abuse cases,fc bayern m��nchen trikot 2012, the perpetrator was the actual caregiver.
Police haven't determined whether or not the alleged abuser in this case worked at the facility,schalke trikot schwarz, and the retirement center chose not to comment on the investigation.
