This change in custody comes after the actress reportedly tried to visit the kids on Thursday, but was turned away by Daniel unless she gave their passports to someone from his team.

The actress filed for divorce from German businessman Daniel in early 2009 after a little more than two years of marriage and when she was pregnant with their second child, daughter Helena.
Initially the pair shared joint custody of the children but when Daniel's U.S. visa was revoked in 2012 he returned to Europe.
Kelly tried to get full custody of the children so they would remain with her full-time in the U.S. but a California judge ruled that the shared custody agreement should remain in force.
Since Daniel was unable to come to America to see the children,camisetas maque?o republik ecuador, the judge ruled they should live with him in Europe and Kelly should travel to visit them.

 Daniel's visa was revoked by the U.S. government after a former attorney for Rutherford notified the State Department of allegedly illegal activities by the German national.
He has not reapplied for a visa since leaving in 2012.
'Monaco officials know that sending the children back to America is the right thing to do. I'm looking forward to the happy reunion of the children not only with their mother, but also with their country!, Kelly's attorney Murphy said Sunday.

The agreement stipulated that Daniel was required to seek 'mirror orders' in France and Monaco, where he has been residing,tour de francia camiseta amarilla, that recognize the jurisdiction of the American courts to determine the custody arrangements for the children,.
Instead, the court papers state that he has been seeking to get the agreements modified by courts in those countries.
