Bobby Martin (All My Children): Although not exactly well known in Australia, All My Children deserves a mention here for including one of the most incredible disappearances ever. Mid-episode, Bobby (Mike Bersell ) announces he's going up into the attic to polish his skis. And he's never seen again. Despite being one of the eponymous children, it's suddenly like he never existed. Year later, however, another character in the series wanders into the attic and is, hilariously, startled by a skeleton perched in a corner. It's wearing a ski cap with Bobby embroidered on the brim.
Erica Hahn (Grey's Anatomy): A popular, important character (she was openly lesbian), Erica seems to have been written out after what E! Online reported was a decision to degay a series that had a number of same-sex relationships. So did she leave to find love elsewhere? Storm out in protest at the hospital's homophobic policies? Nope. Erica (Brooke Smith) was last seen walking out the door to go to her car, but never returned. Hospital car parks are like that.
Various prisoners (Prisoner): Throughout the course of the hit Australian drama, a number of characters just moved to other wings, were released on parole or otherwise dropped out of sight. Most were just background actors faces we saw a lot but not pivotal to the stories but a few were more significant. The best part, recalls television historian Andrew Mercado , was when those faces missing for weeks or months would suddenly reappear, also with no comment. Repeat offenders?相关的主题文章:
