PORTLAND, Ore. Seven vehicles were stolen Sunday night from Carco Auto Wholesale in Southeast Portland.
Six of them have been found within blocks of the dealership. Three of those six were found in a neighbor's driveway.
The neighbor returned home from vacation Monday and alerted the dealership.
According to the dealership's manager, Karl Peters, one of the thieves was caught on dealership surveillance periodically last night, starting at 8 p.m.
Peters said the thief broke down a door to get into the dealership office and steal the keys to the cars. But, Peters said, the thief left the car titles behind.
Two neighbors claimed to have seen some of the thefts. Both neighbors say there was more than one thief at work.
The dealership says the only car that has yet to be found is a blue 2005 Hyundai Sonata.
