The challenge with short form TV advertising we identified in the middle of the second quarter continued to impact us throughout the third quarter. You will recall that supply of short form TV advertisement, which consists of 60, 90 and 120 second spots largely purchased on the so called remnant markets contracted and as a result of TV viewership dropping and broadcasters being required to give large branded advertisers remnant space for free. The remaining small pool of remnant space was at higher prices and hence provided us an unacceptable return on our advertising dollars, so we were restricted on what we could spend.
