I m sure (General Manager) Jason (Licht) and Coach (Lovie Smith) are talking about that. They have a plan. They have explained that plan to me and I m on board with it. Depth can be an issue in our league. You have to be able to develop some players. Coach and Jason have a plan and we are on board with seeing that plan play out.
