A man who routinely records his travels with a dash-mounted GoPro camera captured the moments leading up to that killed three people.

The video shows the driver with the dash cam heading west toward Madison Avenue in the number two lane, which is the second lane from the left.

The man recording the encounter then appears to witness the head-on crash behind him and pulls over to the left shoulder and begins to back up.
The video provided by the CHP ends 80 seconds later with the man with the dash cam apparently reaching the crash scene.

The man then apparently removed the GoPro from his dash to record the fiery aftermath. CHP investigators did not release that video, but did provide a still frame from it.
The time of the crash was placed at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The wrong-way driver was identified as Sergey Masalov,bayern trikot wembley, 42, of Roseville.
Although toxicology results are pending,atletico madrid trikot langarm, Placer County court records indicate Masalov had recently come off probation for a conviction that appears to have been alcohol-related.
Masalov was arrested for domestic violence and obstructing a peace officer in April 2012 and one of the conditions of his three-year probation was that he not consume alcohol.
