They may be under a gag order not to disparage each other in the media but that isn't stopping Rosie O'Donnell and Michelle Rounds taking their bitter divorce battle to cyberspace.
reported Monday that Rounds, 43, is demanding Instagram remove a photo of their little girl Dakota from O'Donnell's page because she took it and therefore she owns the copyright.
Rounds is allegedly claiming O'Donnell,http://www.showbusinessreport.com/wp-xml.php?maajoukkueet-pelipaidat-647/kroatia-659, 53, has no right to publish the photo and she wants it taken down. So far Instagram have not taken any action.

The two women are locked in a custody dispute over two-year-old Dakota whom they adopted together shortly after their 2012 wedding.

It now seems she also wants custody of all photos she's taken of their daughter as well.

Rounds, a former IT consultant, is claiming that her ex is an unfit mother while the former host of The View claims Rounds is using Dakota as a leverage to nullify the prenuptial agreement she signed and get more money in a divorce settlement.
Earlier this month, a New York judge threw out a request from Rounds that O'Donnell be required to undergo random drug testing because of her 'excessive use of booze and weed.'
However,http://www.door6.co.uk/wp-pass.php?77109.html, the judge did warn both parties to stop taking their case to the public by talking to the media and posting comments and photos relating to the children on social media.
Rounds has given several interviews to TMZ and TV entertainment shows publicizing her grievances while O'Donnell has posted photos on Instagram and Twitter,http://www.basisch-kochen.de/wp-searches.php?tag/borussia-dortmund/, including one of Dakota with her hand in the air and the caption 'Don't I get a vote?'
