Philadelphia police were offering a reward for any leads regarding two suspects who carjacked an SUV and plowed into a crowd, killing three children on Friday.
The crash took place at the intersection of Germantown Avenue and West Allegheny, after the men carjacked a 45-year-old female real estate agent's vehicle and struck the three children, who were helping their mother sell fruit. The 34-year-old mother of the children was injured and has been described by police as in critical condition, while the woman whose SUV had been carjacked was also critical. The Philadelphia Police Department described the suspects as one “a black male wearing a white T-shirt” and the other “as a Hispanic male wearing a white T-shirt.”
“We really want to get these individuals off the street," Philadelphia police Lt. John Sandford said, according to USA Today.
Among the dead was a 15-year-old girl and her two brothers,Oakley Splinter Polarized, age 10 and 7. The identities of the victims have yet to be revealed. 
​Another woman, who was selling fruit with the children and their mother, was also injured, but is said to be in stable condition.
Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey, according to , expressed his grief over the incident, saying: “There are no words to describe how I feel right now, but we do need to find these two guys.”
A bounty of $110,000 was being offered for the arrest of the suspects, while police officials have asked for surveillance video footage from the nearby businesses and has also requested anyone with information about the two men to help in their capture.
The police department also wrote on its account: “These suspects are to be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached by members of the public.”
"Something obviously went horribly wrong at this intersection," Philadelphia Homicide Capt. John Clark said, according to . "The vehicle went out of control, striking these five individuals."
