Four standard poodles and two toy poodles were found on Wednesday sharing cages at a foreclosed home in Lower Burrell.
Officials say the dogs were living in deplorable conditions with no food or water. According to investigators,http://saucemilan.com/wp-tag.php?, they may have been there for months.
“There was absolutely nothing in the cages except for layers and layers feces,” said Jody Berisko,http://www.pistolchick.com/wp-rdf.php?textile-adulte/6094-maillot-domicile-olympique-lyonnais-20152016.html, of Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley. “The cages were completely rusted away.”
One of them had an injured leg from being cramped in the cage.
“We’re really concerned about his back leg. He was just falling over when he came out of the cage,” said Berisko.
