Centre chief Andrea Cisarova said they had no choice but to take him.
'The British informed us that the baby is legally our responsibility. We put in to take it back immediately.
'The baby is small but they decided to give it back to its homeland,http://www.hemsedalturbusser.no/SIMPLE.asp?Boca-Juniors-Drakt-2013-2014-Hjemme-Salg-Ny,' she said.

Heartbreaking: Six-month-old Benjamin was flown to Slovakia by British social services and put in the care of authorities in his native country (pictured)

Arrangements were then made to take the baby back to central Europe.
A British social worker who accompanied Benjamin on the trip said he was a little nervous during the flight,http://www.gpf.it/loader.asp?real-sociedad-c-33_103.html, though put this down to teething.
'His teeth are growing so he was crying a little bit more,http://www.stokesthompson.com.au/wp-app.php?panerai/luminor-hand-wound, but he is a cute baby and is at the moment all right,http://maternalsavvy.com/wp-title.php?sekalaiset-tarvikkeet/6892-adidas/,' she said.
Benjamin was taken to a children's home before he is given to a surrogate family who will look after him until he is adopted.
A social worker from Slovakia said she thought it was the right thing to do.
She said: 'I hope that his life here will be good. He will grow up in his homeland and he will learn his own culture. I think he will be happy.'
