The Flood Advisory that was in effect until 9:15 for El Paso County has been canceled.The Flood Advisory that was in effect until 9:00 for Fremont County has been canceled.Rain is around to start our Friday morning and has been mostly light to moderate, but persistent overnight. It is breaking up for areas south of El Paso and Teller counties.
We are on the back edge of the rain, and it will be moving out this morning. It is already beginning to break up for many of us along and south of the Arkansas River. It will end from south to north by 7-8 AM. Clouds will linger, but they will begin breaking up and thinning from south to north beginning around 9-10 AM. Clouds likely will not clear completely, but we should manage some sun with temperatures warming quickly beneath that filtered sun. We will warm through the 40's and 50's this morning and into the 60's and 70's this afternoon. Highs will be in the 60's and 70's. Although the persistent rain will ease this morning, a few showers are possible late this afternoon.
