Shannon Coates found a rear-window smashed out of her Jeep around 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. It was parked near Glenn Otto Park while she went on a two-hour bike ride to Multnomah Falls. She said while she was talking to a police officer she remembered her watch has a GPS in it.
