And they've let it be known that they'd like to trade Evan Mathis.
Yet, last week, the team didn't use one of their six draft picks on an offensive lineman.
The first question Eagles coach Chip Kelly was asked after the draft was, "Do you just hate offensive linemen?"
"No, I love offensive linemen,http://www.hunterpowersystems.com.au/phpinfo.php?winners-2015.html," Kelly said.
One of those he'll have to love —for better or worse — is Allen Barbre, who'll turn 31 years old next month. Barbre suffered a high ankle sprain in the 2014 opener, had surgery and missed the rest of the season.
Barbre, who said he has been fully recovered since January,http://cspain.dk/wp-plugins.php?blog/tag/real-madrid-troje-i-lyserod/, is the presumed favorite to take over for Herremans at right guard.
The Eagles began organized team activities Monday, and they'll hold a three-day rookie minicamp beginning Friday. Among the undrafted free agents participating are four offensive lineman, including Newark High graduate Malcolm Bunche. Bunche (6-6,http://www.bluescamp.no/fantversion.php?kvinner-fotballdrakt%3Fsort%3Dp.model%26order%3DASC, 310 pounds) played at the University of Miami before finishing his collegiate eligibility at UCLA last season.
Barbre knows it would have been easy for the Eagles to move on from him instead of Herremans. Barbre, a fourth-round pick of the Packers in 2007, has played in 48 games,http://neopianroyalty.com/wp-rdf.php?Maillot-Foot-Enfant-Maillot-4/Maillot-Foot-Enfant-Maillot-14%3Fpage%3D4%26limit%3D75, but started only eight, with one start coming last season.
Barbre was named the starter last season while right tackle Lane Johnson was serving a four-game suspension for PED use. Barbre didn't make it through his first game.

"It is a downer," Barbre said about the injury. "But that's the risk that you take playing this game. I don't really feel I dwelled on it much. I just shifted and went on to the next part, trying to get better. It's part of [the game]. It happens, so I just tried to make the best of the situation.
"But definitely,http://www.pistolchick.com/wp-rdf.php?chaussures-adultes/5462-chaussures-adidas-crazyquick-tf.html, it was disappointing. I had a chance to start and I was playing well and doing some good things, and then I was back on the sidelines."
Barbre, who's 6-foot-4, 303 pounds,http://www.bluescamp.no/mail.php?Liverpool-Hjemme-Drakt-2013-2014-Sahin-Autentisk, knows he not guaranteed a starting spot. The Eagles also have backup guard/tackle Matt Tobin returning. He'll turn 25 next month and stands 6-6, 290 pounds.
"They have to look out for their future," Barbre said. "The only thing I can control is what I do, and that's coming to work hard every day."
For the present, the Eagles have the oldest projected starting offensive line in the NFL. Mathis and left tackle Jason Peters are 33. Center Jason Kelce is 27 and Johnson turns 25 on Friday.
Kelly said he doesn't think age will be a factor this season. Peters,http://www.tricor-verpackungen.de/wp-xml.php?neuigkeiten/Saison_2014_15/Gastfamilien-Nachwuchs.html, after all, is still considered one of the top left tackles in the NFL and Mathis is coming off his second straight Pro Bowl berth.
Kelly was asked how long he thinks Peters can maintain his level of play.
"I don't put a number on it,http://www.tilmanngrawe.com/wp-rdf.php?jagielka-everton-fodboldtr%25C3%25B8je-tr%25C3%25B8je-20142015-p-2413.html, but I know he's a unique individual in terms of what he can do and what his body is like," Kelly said. "I know it's definitely one [year] because of the way he's working right now. There's absolutely no question that he'll be the top tackle in the game this year, and we'll just see [beyond that]."
Eagles sign Agholor
The Eagles agreed to terms with first-round choice Nelson Agholor on Thursday. Agholor, a wide receiver out of Southern Cal, was picked 20th overall. The Eagles also signed second-round pick Eric Rowe,http://www.umursiparis.com/wp-content.php?t-inter-milan-v%25C3%25A6k-20142015-p-3161.html, a wide receiver; sixth-round pick Randall Evans, a cornerback; and seventh-round pick Brian Mihalik,http://www.headstartfs.com.au/export.php?korloff-luxury-pen-4568-2437, a defensive end, on Wednesday.
The only unsigned picks are third-rounder Jordan Hicks, a linebacker, and another sixth-round pick, cornerback JaCorey Shepherd.
Ex-Blue Hen gets tryout
Former University of Delaware wide receiver Michael Johnson is one of 11 free agents who will be trying out for the Eagles during rookie minicamp. Johnson led the Hens last season with 78 catches for 830 yards. He finished his UD career with 182 catches for 2,325 yards and 14 TD receptions. The 6-1, 207-pound receiver ran a 4.63 40-yard-dash at his pro day, according to various reports.
