ALAMEDA -- An Oakland man with a federal warrant sideswiped an officer trying to give him a ticket,chelsea fc ladies shirt, struck a patrol car and led police on a 10-minute pursuit Wednesday night, officials said.No officers were injured, said Alameda Police Lt. Don Owyang.
